One may not think this, but when you are positive you also have less emotional and physical hardships to deal with. Positive thinking workshops will help you with this. The way you think about certain aspects in your life has a huge impact on everything else.

Sometimes you will not be aware of the negative feelings you have towards yourself. It can often come to the surface when you become depressed or angry. Someone may point this out to you. You may do a test or you may see something on youtube which tells you more about yourself. Sometimes people discover more about themselves from observing others.
