The easiest way to abide by The Law of Thinking is to picture your mind as a garden and all your thoughts as seeds for the garden. If you hold on to bad thoughts you are planting bad seeds which will grow like weeds and choke out all the remaining good thoughts. On the flip side if you hold on to positive thoughts they will grow and multiply until they have completely eliminated all the bad thoughts.

Whenever we think something we create a frequency to that thought. This frequency then goes out into the universe to bring back other frequencies of the same nature. The reason is thought is a real force. It is something that can be measured with scientific tools. This is exactly why thinking is one of the most powerful things in the universe.

Often times people do not use the power of their minds. They allow their mind to wander on auto-pilot. This puts them in a reactive frame of mind. In a reactive frame of mind they are subject to their environment and all the circumstances that brings. This is like being stuck on a rapid with no paddle. They are stuck going where ever the rapid chooses.

If you take a firm hold of all your thoughts it is similar to being on that same rapid with one of the best boat motors available. Someone in possession of this boat and motor can go anywhere they want. This is the same in life. By taking control of our thoughts we in control of the route we take in life.
