Make a to do list, write about the small things you need to do and also the big things that you eventually want to get done. In order to successfully control your life circumstances using the law of attraction, there are three phases that you must undergo. The first phase is you must know what you want to achieve. Knowing exactly what you want and ask for it. In other words, you must focus on what you want, rather than on what you don't want. All the successful people throughout history have had one characteristic inherent within them that is they are clear with what they want to achieve. Obviously, the basic flaw is that the Secret compares the Law of Attraction to the Law of Gravitation, which is not the case. Anyone can demonstrate Newton's law, because if you drop an object the acceleration is going to be just as the law predicts. This always works as predicted, which is why it is called a law.

These laws are set in stone so to speak and cannot be changed or altered in anyway, they apply to everyone and everything and are always at work whether we are aware of it or not.Among these universal laws is the law of attraction which states that we can attract that which we desire into our lives through the power of our thoughts and quite literally become the masters of our own destiny, or as Napolean Hill once quoted the "the captains of our souls".In essence the law of attraction attracts to you that which you desire most and that which you focus your thoughts on most.Everything going in your life whether it be relationships, financial status, well-being e.t.c is a direct reflection of your accustomed way of thinking and the nature of your thoughts.

The Law of Attraction gained a lot of publicity back in 2006 when the film the secret was launched which was a documentary type film where some of the leading experts appeared on camera to give an insight into what the Law of Attraction is and how it works.The film was good for the newcomer who knew little or nothing about the law of attraction but at the same time it really only touched the tip of the iceberg and gave no reasoning regarding how this powerful law of the universe works or its true origins.

Well, the answer to that is simple too.According to Bob Proctor one of the key figures in the hit move The Secret and very successful Motivational Speaker, there are in fact 11 laws that accompany the Law of Attraction and they were simply left out of the movie. So, most people got the basic "jisk" of the Law but not the full version of it. Thus, leaving people frustrated and doubtful like me. He believes that great results will be achieved once the 11 Laws are learnt and applied.

So what is the Law of Attraction. The best definition I have come across to this date is this: You attract into your life the things, circumstances, and conditions that correspond to the nature of your dominant and habitual thoughts and beliefs in both your conscious and subconscious mind.To consciously experience anything in your life you must really, really desire it - in fact another way of saying it would be that you "need it" Need I believe is stronger than desire. When you need something there is a "purpose" for it. When it has a big enough purpose it becomes a necessity.

So... is the Law of Attraction real or just hype? I say yes the Law is real and will work for you if you learn how to let go of limiting beliefs and apply the 11 Laws that were not reveled in the hit movie.Personally, the results I saw in my life were incredible after I learned and applied the Law of Forgiveness. Once I was able to "let go" of past hurts and anger I immediately started to attract money. You can and will have the results you want if you discover the 11 Laws that Bob Proctor teaches and has used himself to become hugely successful.

What do you think about your life? Do you believe that, because of other people or unfavorable circumstances, you're not living the life you'd like to? If you believe that a dream is just a dream and it never will come true, you are wrong. You're just letting your life pass you by without even trying to give it a meaning. Finally, why are you living for? We learn and acquire habits during all our life.

Go through your closets and discard clothing you have not worn in the past year - it might not even fit you now. Consider how many shoes a person really needs. Most people do not really need more than three or four pairs of shoes. Discard that which you do not need and make room for something else - you'll feel better if you do.Change can be good.Similarly, go through your refrigerator. When's the last time you cleaned that out? Do you really need to keep that near empty bottle of Soy sauce considering you haven't eaten Chinese food in more than a year? Toss it out! Make room in your refrigerator; make room in your life. You will feel better afterwards.

Go through your garage as well and consider what to keep and what to get rid of. Just knowing what you have in there will give you a better feeling, but move everything to one side and give the floor a good sweep, yes, even way back in that corner you haven't seen in more than a year. Clean it out, give yourself some open space - it will look better and you will feel better.Do you have items of furniture that you really don't care for now? You will discover that it begins to actually feel good and you will look forward to doing it again the very next day.

There are important changes in our lives that compel us to modify at least a part of our habits. This arrives for instance when we finish school and start working or when we get married, or leave our parents' home and move in our own place. In all these cases, we cut sharply the connection with an old familiar environment and have to adapt to a new one. When we feel at ease in our new environment, it means that the new habits are installed.

In most cases, this process takes place without us being aware of.Now the question is: can we make consciously changes in our daily habits? How can we deliberately change our habits and overcome their resistance? Changes in our daily habits are not only possible, but also advisable to be done when we decide to make bigger changes in our lives.We firstly need to evaluate all the actions we are doing during the day, think about and decide which ones are good to be kept or even extended and which need to be replaced with better ones.

And when we awake we are not rested. We may have been thinking and dreaming about problems at work or in our personal lives, some may suffer sleep apnea, while outside sources such as loud parties next door or noisy neighbors or the couple in the next apartment who screamed at each other all night may have interrupted our sleep several times through the night.A body that is not rested means a mind that is not rested. It makes for a very difficult day, so do your best to get enough sleep.Set a certain time to go to bed and stick to it. Your body needs a 'pattern'; it needs to do certain things at the very same time each day.If you make time for 'you' and get to sleep at the same time each night, exercise every day and do what you can to eliminate external influences in our life so you can get quality sleep, you will awake rested and ready to go.You will feel much better and your life will go much better in return.

Make a plan.Skyscrapers are never built unless a plan has been prepared first. Your life is no different. A plan will help you set goals and goals are important. If you don't know where you are going you could end up going where you never wanted to go, so make a plan.There are short-term plans as well as long-term plans and you should make both.Begin with a short-term plan. What do you want to do tomorrow? Where do you want to go and how will you get there? What do you want to accomplish while you are there and why? Making such a plan will give you cause to think about things you have not considered? What do you want to do next week? Make a plan for the entire week, not just one day of the week.What about next month? What do you want to accomplish next month? Having a better idea will help you make the time to do that and you will begin to make better use of your time.Work your way up to a one-year plan. Where do you want to be one year from today? Why do you want to be there? How will you get there?The answer is one day at a time.

How to improve self-esteem quickly, easily and effectively is now achievable. What do you suppose you can do that within minutes will raise your-self esteem? The answer may surprise you.Exercise is great way to lose weight and get fit, but did you know that exercise can also make you happier, help you handle stress better, reduce anxiety and raise your self-esteem? When you exercise, your pituitary gland releases endorphins, the hormones that make you feel good. Research has been done on the effectiveness of endorphins, and the results show that endorphins are just as effective as anti-depressants when it comes to making you feel good.

Think about it for a moment: after a good workout, whether it's in a gym or out jogging, how do you feel? Are you happier? Do you feel good? Do you feel less stressed? Hours later, do you find that you sleep better and deeper? And the great thing is when you feel happier, when you feel good and less stressed your level of self-esteem increases.Can you now see that how to improve self-esteem is easy? Exercise can dramatically affect your attitude in a positive way. Studies have shown that by jogging, brisk-walking or even gardening outside you can change your attitude, even if you jogged slowly for five minutes.Many of us are aware of the numerous benefits we gain from exercising, yet few take action in the long-term and stick to an exercise routine. The simplest way to get started is to find an exercise that you enjoy or may enjoy doing.

Focus on Your Success.It is a great way of gaining some confidence if you look fondly at some things you have achieved in life. It is easy to focus on what you have not achieved in life and lose confidence. But if you focus on things that you have done over the years, can help you rediscover your talents and abilities and help improve self confidence consequently.Write Down a List of All the Things You are Proud of.You need to believe in yourself and to do so you need to look at things you have done in the past or achieved that makes you feel proud of. Recognizing your own good qualities and all the good things you have done will remind you of your abilities and inspire you to achieve more. Making a list of all the good things you have done in life and using the list when you are in low self confidence can be very therapeutic.

Once you identify the exercise that you can see yourself sticking to for a few weeks, or even longer, decide how many times a week you will perform the routine. Remember, you can start slowly and for short periods of time and gradually build on them.You can start with, say, slow jogging for three minutes at a time two days a week. The following week increase that two minutes to three minutes. Continue this way until you reach forty minutes to one hour. Then you can, if you want to, exercise for four days a week then maybe five.

It dampens your self confidence when you don't see progress toward you goals, and allowing for too many distractions will hinder your progression.When you notice a place where you can focus, then Do what ever you can to change up your working environment. I go to Starbucks when I really want to focus and get my task completed.I usually buy a coffee but that's all of the distractions I have. There are no television, refrigerator, or people interruptions. Just Coffee and a hard stool chair to keep you focused.

For a person to succeed in almost anything that they do, there is a need for them to increase their self-confidence. It is critical that you trust yourself to do something before setting out to try it. That is a weapon for success. To a good number of people, this self-confidence is naturally within them while many others have found it hard to achieve the required level for success. All is not lost though, as there is a way forward on what to do in order to be confident enough for a successful mission. Here are a few tips that you can trust to increase self confidence:

Don't defeat yourself before you start! You are often your own worst enemy, especially when you do not believe that you can actually achieve something. Many times, you can end up dismissing any chance you have to shine. It is up to you to ensure that you are on good terms with your conscience so that you can allow it to do what needs to be done. Remove all the negative criticisms buzzing around your mind and be positive as much of the time as possible.

Be happy with yourself. For you to attract the satisfaction of others, it is advisable that you be satisfied with yourself in the first place. Make sure, for example, that you dress well and generally look well kempt. You are then able to remove the fear of not looking good before people and thus are able to manage to work comfortably.

Stop putting yourself down. If you keep on criticizing and pulling yourself down, you will never develop a healthy level of self esteem. Instead, repeat positive affirmations. Positive affirmations allow you to experience positive and motivating feelings. Whether speaking about how you look, your career or your finances, avoid deprecating yourself, or running yourself down. Remember that you ought to be your number one. Love and appreciate yourself, so others could do so as well!

Re-read that statement. Of course, this assertion that to improve self esteem you need to respect your plans and make an effort towards implementing them also means, by extension, that to improve yourself, you need to develop discipline.
