Basically, the user is supposed to follow the program from a DVD. The program is usually in phases that emphasizes exercise and nutrition. Basically, the muscles are subjected to several exercise forms so they keep adapting to these exercise form, this is what causes growth in muscle.

This training program requires a number of essentials if you are to succeed. You need some equipments such as chin up bar, dumbbells and resistance band.
