Going On A Heart Walk In Nature By Yourself

By David Styles

When heading on the heart stroll many people feel a similar pull, nevertheless I've had other people encounter a subtle push, other's like a bubble expanding in front of them and others getting a sense of both a pull and a push as they stroll through nature.

The way to really feel this is to scan through your body for any tension and just let it go. A lot like holding a rock inside your hand and letting it go. Likewise, allow all tension inside your body to drop towards the ground.

Next, put your interest in your heart middle and feel the delicate pull within. Sometimes the pull may be to stay exactly where you are but mostly it will likely be directing you somewhere. You do not need to understand where you are being led. Just allow the delicate force that you feel to pull you. Go with it.

As you walk you'll notice that you get guided towards objects inside nature. Maybe you'll be guided to a youthful sapling next to a big old stump. Or you may be guided to some deep swimming hole along a stream. Otherwise you may be guided to look in the clouds above you. What ever you are guided to, just be with it.

These objects and symbols are trying to provide you messages. They're speaking to you through your imagination and your job is to interpret them. Generally it is the very first thing that comes for you.

For example I had a friend who came on a heart walk and she saw two eagles spiraling upward on a thermal above her. She was taking a look at relationship problems and saw how the eagles had been both 'doing their very own thing'. Nevertheless, it looked like they had been in ideal alignment with each other. What she noticed in this is the fact that with partnership she just had to 'do her thing and soar' and her companion will most naturally mirror her.

Clearly that's her interpretation with the eagles she saw that day and your interpretation would be completely different to hers. Nevertheless the whole point is to start interpreting the messages nature is trying to tell you.

When interpreting, a great question to ask is 'What'... as in 'What are you currently attempting to tell me?', 'What would you like me to know?' or maybe 'What do you want me to see?'

We all have a soft, little and subtle voice within our hearts. It is similar to the subtle inner voice we hear when we are studying. Literally you are able to use this inner voice to ask these questions towards the rocks, streams, trees and clouds which you feel drawn to.

Spiritual Counseling - Your True Nature

By Jason Lincoln Jeffers

To the materialist, consciousness is the awakened state of the mind, or more accurately described as the ability to think and be aware of one self. "I think therefore I am," is their axiom. Unconsciousness, from this same rudimentary perspective, is experienced when someone clubs you over the head with a baseball bat and you fall to the floor. Or more commonly, when you fall asleep at night. But this rudimentary perception of consciousness is not what I'm talking about here. Not even close.

Self, unity, or pure consciousness is the state of infinite intelligence, the field of unbounded wisdom, the place of limitless creativity. It is where the knower, the act of knowing, and the known unite into One. At this level, all form, feelings, perceptions, impulses, and thought completely dissolve. It is here where consciousness becomes conscious of it Self.

Once achieved by the soul, the ability to align itself with pure consciousness is never lost. It may be briefly forgotten but after the consequence of suffering admonishes, Self consciousness is quickly reacquired. This is what is known as "enlightenment" or "Self-realization," and becoming a realized One is very much like learning how to ride a bicycle--at first you fall a lot, but eventually you get the hang of it. This is when your entire life becomes a peaceful, blissful meditation--where anything can be achieved through mere visualization and patience. This is the normal state of the Next Human.

God is not out there somewhere. What we call God is right here, right now, if we can just learn to put the mind down. Furthermore, what we call God is not restricted to a single personality. This elementary concept of God by its very nature implies obedience to a specific doctrine that comes with that divine personality, and this only serves to bolster the ego. This perception of God must dissolve if we, as a species, are going to evolve into the Next Human. It would be closer to the truth to say that God is an infinite amount of personalities or what we call souls. A drop of water in an infinite ocean of "God" is a nice metaphor for the soul but even this does not accurately describe who you are. In truth, you are the awareness behind the veil of form, the awareness behind the body, the awareness behind the mind, and the awareness behind the soul. This is your true nature, the nature of God, the divine singularity, the Source of all that is. And because you are Source consciousness at your core, you are eternal and everlasting.

The Source of consciousness is not bound by space, therefore it is everywhere. The Source of consciousness is not bound by time, therefore it is eternal. The Source of consciousness is not bound by knowledge, therefore it is omniscient. The Source of consciousness is not bound by power, therefore it is omnipotent. The Source of consciousness can only be found in the eternal Now.
