Many people think that we are just here to live our daily lives and there is no purpose in life. You may help someone now and again and this will bring you a reward, but it doesn't mean that you are saving the world. But this isn't necessarily true. One must look towards something. If there is no purpose, then you will find that there is no way that you are able to stay motivated. You will just want to get up everyday to pay the bills. This will probably motivate somewhat to head off to work. So many people join the rat race and stay in their little office cubicles for many hours of the day. They end up looking forward to the weekend.

People may feel that they are not ready to take a regular job that simply pays the bills. They may want to lean towards something that helps them to see the bigger picture and gives them a lot more enjoyment out of life. They may even not earn as much. However, one has to ask themselves what is more important at the end of the day.

Other people feel that they just want that perfect family or the ideal job to make them happy. One must realize that you have a purpose by simply being here. Everyone has a part to play. You don't have to be a Queen or a King to serve your purpose. However, you have to take action to serve or to find the thing that you enjoy which would, in turn help others as well.

Once you have found the thing that you are passionate about, you also have to carefully find the job that is going to give you the most joy. You also need something that won't do more harm than good. For example, there may be people who are extremely passionate about helping people in their therapy program. However, it is easy to get burned out.

An example of this is a chef who loves to be creative with food. However, they will know that because of the long hours, it is not easy to maintain relationships. This is something that they have to work on. They will have to employ strategies or they can start their own business from home. Neglecting to follow your dream can lead to a lot of regrets when you are older.

You also need to ask yourself how you are going to help others and the people you are willing to help. This has to do with the thing that you are most passionate in life. For example, the artist will love what they do which can be something creative. They will want others to see how amazing this can be. Something like art therapy can help people who have had strokes. It can help trauma patients or children.

This is something to think about. You enjoy working with people and spreading your joy, your talent and your gifts. People that receive this get a lot out of this. They look forward to this growth. You develop a relationship with them. You know you have done something helpful and this gives you fulfilment and rewarding feelings.

It is the 21st century. Within the new millennium, there are now many affirmative actions laws that positively discriminate towards minority workers. Having at east a few females in the office means following at least a few of those affirmative action guidelines.

The aggression that men are pressured to display makes society more wary of them. Now, many people are cared for by their mothers, especially in their early years. As such, individuals are more likely to trust women that they are men. This can then be used in a negotiation to trick the other party into greater concessions than necessary.

The thing about girls is that they are more dedicated to school than boys. This is why they graduate at higher rates than boys. Whether it be high school, college, or graduate school, girls graduate at slightly higher rates than boys. This leads to them being more educated. And a more educated workforce is more effective workforce.

Just because one thing happens and then another happens right after it does not mean that the first thing cause the second thing. But it should be known that corporations with female executive to tend to better than those with strictly male leadership. It might be a coincidence, but it also might not be.

Fighting for equality is always a worthy endeavor. But some are more capable of making that equality a reality than most. Those in positions of power should take care to make a conscious effort to be egalitarian.
